Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at godtiermods.shop@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
The item is defective or damaged.
You received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
We understand that plans can change, and we allow order cancellations within 6 hours of purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email or DM.
Important Notes:
After 6 hours, cancellations will not be accepted, as we begin procuring parts and preparing your custom build immediately.
All approved cancellations within the 6-hour window will incur a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your total refund. This fee covers processing costs and component sourcing initiated on your behalf.
Due to the custom nature of our watches, we appreciate your understanding and support for our craftsmanship process.

Special Notes on Returns
Color Variations: The colors displayed on our website are digital representations of the products. Actual colors may vary slightly. Returns will not be accepted based on color discrepancies.
Our Mistake: We accept returns only if the wrong item was sent or if the product was damaged during shipping. These issues must be reported within 30 days of receiving the package. Returns will not be accepted outside this time frame.
Damaged During Transit: If the item is damaged during shipment, you may choose to return it for repair or request a refund. Please note that GodTierMods is not responsible for damage caused during transit.
Exclusions
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
Damage caused by improper care, failure to follow listed specifications, or regular use. Examples include:
Mechanical failure due to knocks, dents, or inadequate mechanical care.
Water damage from improper crown use or ignoring water resistance specifications.
Superficial surface damage such as scratches or dents.
Damage or failure resulting from third-party repairs or modifications.
Warranty Claims
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged watch, the GodTierMods 1-year limited warranty covers eligible repairs or replacements. To initiate a warranty claim:
1. Contact us at godtiermods.shop@gmail.com.
2. Upon approval of your claim, return the watch in its original packaging, securely packed.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to the specified address. Once the watch is repaired or replaced, GodTierMods will cover the shipping cost back to the customer.
